    Last Minute Questions?

After hearing a funny blonde joke backstage, Emily can't stop smirking.

Sadly, my tour of duty with the Dixie Chicks is rapidly coming to an end.  This blog and the main MSN/DCX web page will no longer be updated after December 31, 2007.

I'm in the midst of writing my final essays and thought I should ask you, the fans, whether there is anything you'd like me to address or discuss in my farewell reflections.

Feel free to leave comments here or email me privately at junichi @ junichisemitsu.com (without the spaces, of course). There are some questions I don't know the answer to (e.g., When will the next Dixie Chicks CD come out?) and some questions I won't answer (e.g., What is Emily's ATM card password?).  But otherwise, I will try to address as much as I can.  No question is too trivial.

    Hi DXC fans,
I'am a recent and French Fan ! I have discovered them by you tube and since I've bought their last album, I keep on listening it !
I have read a lot of other foreign fans asking them if they are coming in their country (Japan, Brazil, India,...).
So, is there any chance, they could come in France ? Country is getting more popular here and I sincerely hope to see them in concert in Paris. First Paris and after Netherland (geen naam) !!!!
Until then, Ladies speak and sing !!!
Thank you Junichi for this wonderful blog that made us discover these gret chicks.
It's too bad it doesn't continue.
    Best wishes to every fans.

    HI fellow DXC fans !!!!

I only "discovered" the Chicks earlier this year when we (The Netherlands) got a rerun of the Oprah Show they were in, and I saw clips of Shut Up and Sing. I watched the whole documentary and was hooked. Got all the CD's and DVD's found this site and the Chicks became a HUGE part of my life.
When I'm feeling down I go to CRCR.com and watch some clips, their humor then gets me going.

But here is were I get my real "fix". Reading about them and their way of doing things, it's the first thing I do in the morning. So I'm really sorry to see that Junichi's time here is coming to an end. I love your articles, you're way of taking us along on this awesome ride. Thank you for that and thanks to the Chicks for allowing you to.

And of course I have some question.

    - What's the news on an extended version of SUAS ? (yes asked before, I know)
    - Does Emily mis playing songs like "Give it up or let me go", where she gets a chance to rock that dobro ?
    - Any chance, that when the Chicks get promoting and touring again, that this place will get going again ??

A hope, not a question: When they do start promoting/touring again and they come to Europe, I truly hope they'll visite The Netherlands. They're not that big over here and that should really change !!

First, I was wondering if you could relay a message to the Chicks for me. If you could just let them know how much 'Silent House' has meant to me and how much it has helped me through my grandmother's passing in July, I'd appreciate it.

Second, when are the Chicks gonna release another single/video?

Hey Junichi, Thanks for all your informative and entertaining blogs on the Chicks I know we all really appreciate it. I'm really sad you have to leave us I can't believe your time is up, hopefully when the chicks decide to go on tour again you'll be called to duty once more ;)

Anyways, My question would be after all of the backlash they received has anyone from the industry who may have jumped on the bashing bandwagon stepped up & apologized? Any what inside info can you give us on what when on backstage at the grammys?
