Songwriting with the Dixie ChicksDan in Real Life On the main DCX page, you can read my in-depth interview with songwriter extraordinaire Dan Wilson, who co-wrote six tracks on Taking The Long Way and just released his debut solo album, Free Life. Among other things, Dan discusses his decision to cover "Easily Silence," the origin of "Lullaby," and why he's been listening to the Dixie Chicks discography for the past few years.
